In 1984, graduated from the Law Faculty of the S. M. Kirov Kazakh State University, lawyer-jurist.

In November 1997, participated in the seminar on Islamic law in Islamabad, Pakistan. In 2000 in Tokyo (Japan), participated in the seminar Crime in the Field of Hi-Tec Technologies. In 2006 in the USA, was the participant of the seminar on combating human trafficking. In 2007 in London, attended Commercial Courts Training. In September 2007, attended Transactions of Joint Stock Companies with Special Conditions of Their Settlement training in Almaty. In 2008, was the participant of the training on banking legislation in Vienna (Austria). In September 2008, attended the seminar on electoral law of the OSCE, Brussels, Kingdom of Belgium. Possesses the state bar license issued by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of 28 September 2001. Began his working career in 1984 as investigator, chief investigator of Almaty prosecution agencies. In 1987-1992, the chief investigator, investigator for particularly important cases of the of the Prosecutor’ Office of Almaty oblast. In 1992-1994, the department prosecutor, military prosecutor of the department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Main Military Prosecutor’ Office of RK  (in connection with the conscription). In 1994-2002, the Judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2002-2004, the Chairman of the Board for Civil Cases of Almaty oblast court. In 2004-2006, the Chairman of the Board for Criminal Cases of the Military court of RK. In 2006-2009, the Judge of the specialized financial court in Almaty city. 

Starting from 2009 and up until now is the Retired judge, partner of Tax & Investment Lawyers law firm.

The main fields of specialization are civil law, finance law, banking law, tax law, criminal law and civil procedural law.

Has several publications.

Fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English languages.
