Kazakhstani International Arbitrage would like to inform you on resumption of seminars within the frameworks of the Arbitrage Academy with the support of the Research Institute of Private Law of KazHLU.  

The purpose of the Arbitrage Academy is to provide the legal practitioners with topical information on legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the area of international commercial arbitration and arbitration tribunals with account of the latest changes, its analysis and practice of application; and also to discuss the issues of recognition and compulsory execution of arbitral awards.  

The first seminar of this year named “International Commercial Arbitration and Arbitration Tribunals in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Legislation and Practice of Application” will take place in Almaty city on 16 April 2010 (from 2 pm till 7 pm).  

The venue of the seminar will be reported additionally.  

The cost of participation in the seminar is 10 000 KZT per person, inclusive of VAT.
