20 October 2011 On 29—30 September 2011, the regular civil law readings took place!
   On 29—30 September 2011, the 13th international theoretical and practical conference «Civil Law as Science: History, Theory and Practice Problems» took place in Almaty within the framework of the annual civil law readings.
20 October 2011 The KIA Chairperson, Academician M. K. Suleimenov facilitated an international conference!
   On 21—23 September 2011, the Chairperson of the Kazakhstani International Arbitrage, Academician of the Academy of Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Laws, Professor Maidan Kuntuarovich Suleimenov facilitated one of the sessions of the international conference in Zagreb (Croatia) dedicated to the topical issues of direct foreign investments and investment arbitration.

   On 15—16 September 2011, the Chairperson of the Kazakhstani International Arbitrage, Academician of the Academy of Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Laws, Professor M. K. Suleimenov took part in the First Law Forum held at Intercontinental Almaty Hotel.

   On 2 September 2011, the Chairperson of the Kazakhstani International Arbitrage, Academician of the Academy of Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Laws, Professor Maidan Kuntuarovich Suleimenov had a meeting with the Associate Professor of the University of International Law of Japan, Mr. Ikko Yoshido.
7 September 2011 Kazakhstani International Arbitrage and the Russian "Inter-regional community mediation and arbitration" signed a cooperation agreement!
   In August 2011 the Kazakhstan International Arbitration (CMA), the Russian «Inter-regional community of the arbitration and mediation» (MSTSM) signed a cooperation agreement!

   The Chairman of the KIA Academician Suleimenov M. K. participated in the meeting of the Council of Legal Policy under the President of RK in Astana on 19 May 2011, where the draft Concept of Entrepreneurial Code of RK was discussed and approved.
1 February 2011 The new page was opened on the website of the KIA!
   The new page named Samples of Civil-Law Agreements Containing Clauses of the Kazakhstani International Arbitration was opened on the website of the KIA.
10 January 2011 The awarding of the winners of the Competition within the frameworks of the Evening of the KIA’s Friends took place in Almaty on 10 December 2010!
   The ceremonial awarding of the winners of the competition declared by the KIA according to four categories — the Best National and Foreign Law Firm, the Best Lawyer and the Best Journalist in the field of arbitration — took place within the frameworks of the Evening of the Friends on 10 December 2010.
10 January 2011 The Chairman of the KIA participated in the 11th Transnational arbitral congress in Beijing!
   The Chairman of the KIA, Academician M. K. Suleimenov participated in the 11th Transnational arbitral congress conducted by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Beijing city during 1—3 December 2010.
10 January 2011 The Executive Director of the KIA participated in the Execution of the International Commercial Arbitration Awards training that took place in the Hague (the Netherlands) during 21—26 November!
   The Executive Director of the KIA, Candidate of Laws A. E. Duisenova participated in the Execution of the Intional Commercial Arbitration Awards training, carried by the Asser Institute within the frameworks of the USAID project on judicial education in the Hague (the Netherlands) during 21—26 November.
