DUMITRU POSTOVAN

Chairman of the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova.

In 1973, graduated from the Law Faculty of the Moldova State University.

Began his career in 1973 as an investigator of the Public Prosecutor’s Office (until 1980). From 1980 until 1985, worked as a public prosecutor of a region, from 1985 until 1988 was an instructor of the Central Committee of the Party of Communists of Moldova. From 1988 until 1990, was the first Deputy Prosecutor-General of the Republic of Moldova. From 1998 until 1998, held the position of a Prosecutor-General of the Republic of Moldova.

Participated in more than 50 different theoretical and practical conferences, seminars and round tables, including as a lecturer.

Fluent in Russian and Moldavian languages.
