The participants of the meeting discussed the most topical issues relating to the arbitral tribunals and international commercial arbitration both in Kazakhstan and in Japan.

Mr. Ikko Yoshida familiarized himself with the KIA Rules, roster of active arbitrators and activity of the Kazakhstani International Arbitrage in general.

The participants of the meeting exchanged theoretical and practical publications on the problems of international commercial arbitration.

By the end of the meeting, Academician M.K. Suleimenov thanked all of the participants for a fruitful exchange of opinions.
