In 1997, graduated from the Law Faculty of the Nukus State University with “lawyer” qualification. In 2002-2006, studied as a postgraduate student at the Kazakh Humanitarian and Law University. Candidate of Laws, theme of thesis:”Fundamentals of the constitutional structure of CIS states (comparative and legal analysis)”.

His working career started in September 1997 as a lawyer at Maxima Corporation LLP. Since June 1998 until May 2000, worked as a lawyer at Munai Autotrans LLP. Since May 2000 until November 2000, was the general legal adviser at KEGOC JSC. Since November 2000 until September 2004, held the position of the senior lawyer at Squire Sanders and Dempsey international law firm. Since March until November 2010, was doing internship at Almaty city Bar.
